Driving Capital. Building Prosperity. Transforming Neighborhoods.

A Community Development Mission-Driven Nonprofit Lender for Over 30 Years

Community Capital New York is a 501 (c)3 nonprofit organization, SBA Lender, and a U.S. Treasury-certified Community Development Financial Institution

We drive capital and resources to start-ups and small business owners in the Hudson Valley typically excluded from current systems. We support affordable housing developments throughout New York State through capital and technical assistance. We support low and moderate income communities and communities of color gain access to capital and resources to grow their businesses and build wealth.
