Rockland Series – How to separate personal finances and your business

Community Capital New York, in partnership with the Rockland County Department of Economic Development, will be offering free Financial Guidance and Training.

This four-part webinar series is designed to equip entrepreneurs with the tools and confidence to manage their finances effectively and launch a successful business. * In the first session, you’ll learn why it’s critical to separate your personal and business finances and how to do it effectively. * The second session walks you through the 10 Steps to Open a Business, from idea to launch. In the third session, we’ll introduce you to bookkeeping with QuickBooks, covering practical basics to help you keep accurate records and make smart financial decisions. * We will end the series with an in-person workshop on Access to Capital, where you’ll learn about the different types of funding that you can obtain to start or expand your business. We encourage participants to attend all four sessions to gain a complete understanding of what it takes to start and grow a successful business.
