- Last quarter Profit & Loss statement
- 3 months personal and business bank statements
- Current on all debt payments
- Fixed interest rate
- Loan repayment term up to 3 years
- No pre-payment penalty fee
- Other terms and conditions may apply
- Application fee of $100
- Closing fee = 1% of loan amount
