Loan Terms

  • Interest Rates Beginning at 2.75% for nonprofits and 3.75% for businesses
  • Approximately 21 days to process. Time to receive funds may be longer.
  • No collateral needed for loans up to $25,000
  • Loans over $25,000 required to provide collateral, but will not be turned down because of a lack of collateral
  • For assistance in completing the application, find an SBA resource partner closest to you.

Tax Information Authorization (IRS Form 4506T) for the applicant, principals, and affiliates.  Here are the IRS Form 4506T Instructions.

Schedule of Liabilities (SBA Form 2202)

Personal Financial Statement (SBA Form 912)

Additional Filing Requirements (SBA Form 1368) with Monthly Sales Figures (This is especially important for Economic Injury Disaster Loans)

Complete Copies of Most Recent Federal Income Tax Return. (If the most recent Federal Tax Return has not been filed, a year-end profit-and-loss statement and balance sheet for that tax year.)
